The inauguration speech isn't going well, especially when Will takes great issue with the foreign policy section after genocide raises it's head in the Republic of Equatorial Kundu. Donna doesn't have it much easier when her Lt. Commander Stud follows a Presidential Order and gets reassigned to Italy.
